At the beginning of this project, I already had a good understanding of OCD and the different ways it can affect people. It often stems from a psychological fear that by not performing a certainĀ routineĀ or having things a certain way, something bad could happen. It’s an anxiety inducing, exhausting mental health disorder that is more than simply liking things to be tidy and organised.
